Earthbound:Beginnings is a comprehensive, fan-made ROM hack and reimagining that completely recreates the 1989 8-bit NES/Famicom classic Mother 1 inside the 16-bit engine of EarthBound (Mother 2) for the Super Nintendo.

The Core Plot
You control Ninten, a young psychic boy exploring a quirky parody of 20th-century Americana. Alongside companions Lloyd, Ana, and Teddy, you must investigate bizarre paranormal occurrences, fight off possessed objects, and collect eight hidden melodies to save the planet from an alien invasion led by Giegue.
