Shipping policy
As a multi-channel vendor, our inventory is synchronized across multiple platforms using Vendoo. This system ensures real-time accuracy, but all policy terms (Shipping & Returns) are executed according to the platform of purchase.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Metro Atlanta, GA.

Handling time begins the business day after the order is placed.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping is primarily handled by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Costs are calculated based on the item's weight, dimensions, and the buyer’s location.
- Calculated Shipping: Exact rates are calculated at checkout based on the carrier's real-time prices.
- Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on select items or orders over a certain threshold. When "Free Shipping" is offered, we reserve the right to select the most economical carrier/service available.
- High-Value Items: Any single item priced over $100.00 (or as deemed necessary) may automatically require Signature Confirmation at delivery to protect both the buyer and seller.
3. Shipping Exceptions and Liability
- Incorrect Address: Buyers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Once tracking shows the item is marked as "Delivered," our responsibility ends. If you suspect your package is lost or stolen, please first contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We will assist you by providing all necessary shipping and tracking information.
